| 摘 要： | 在常温静水条件下,六种水产药物对花鱼种的急性毒性试验结果表明:硫酸铜硫酸亚铁合剂、高锰酸钾、亚甲基兰、敌百虫、福尔马林、食盐的安全浓度分别为0.04mg/L、0.26mg/.L、0.70mg/L、3.27mg/L、5.59mg/L、871.43mg/L;花对这6种药物的敏感性大小依次为:硫酸铜硫酸亚铁合剂>高锰酸钾>亚甲基兰甲醛>敌百虫>福尔马林>食盐。

| Abstract: | Under the condition of normal temperature and still waters, the acute toxicity of six kinds of medicines to Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker were tested The results showed that the safe concentrations of these medicines were respectively 0.04 mg/L (cupric sulfate and ferrous sulfate), 0.26 mg/L (potassium permanganate), 0.70 mg/L (methylene blue), 3.27 mg/L (dipterex), 5.59 mg/L (formalin), 871.43 mg/L (sodium chloride ),and the Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker's sensitivity to these medicines were as follows: cupric sulfate and ferrous sulfate>KMnO4>methylene blue>dipterex>formalin>sodium chloride. |
