超声波辅助提取荷花粉黄酮

摘    要:使用超声波提取,以黄酮提取率为考察指标,通过单因素和正交试验优化荷花粉黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并对荷花粉黄酮体外抗氧化活性进行评估。结果表明,荷花粉黄酮最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶12(gmL),提取次数3次,提取时间20 min,在此条件下荷花粉提取率为0.913%(9.13 mgg)。

Abstract:In order to maximize extraction efficiency of general flavonoids from lotus pollen,extraction technology was optimized through single factor and orthogonal tests.The vitro antioxidant activities of general flavonoids from lotus pollen were also investigated.Results indicated that 70% ethanol as extraction solvent for three repeated extractions for 20 min each time at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶12(gmL)were the optimal extraction conditions,the highest extraction efficiency was 0.913%(9.13 mgg)under the above conditions.
