摘    要:采用雷诺方程(RANS)和标准k-ε湍流模型,数值模拟了钟形进水流道6种不同喇叭管悬空高度和4种不同流量方案下的流道内流场,分析了钟形进水流道关键部位的流态特征,揭示了钟形进水流道特征断面的速度分布规律。采用五孔探针实测了流道特征断面流速分布,并以流道出口速度均匀度和速度加权入流角为目标函数,分析比较了各方案的数值计算与试验实测结果,提出了钟形流道喇叭口悬空高的合理取值范围。

Abstract:Reynolds-averaged equations and the standard k-ε turbulent model are applied to simulate the internal flow pattern in bell-like suction box of large pumping stations.The series numerical simulation schemes including six different heights from the bottom floor to the open and four flow rates are designed.The velocity vectors on special cross section are revealed and the velocity distribution laws are obtained.The velocity distribution is probed by a 5-hole globe probe system on the outlet section of bell-like intake conduit.Regarding velocity distribution uniformity and velocity-weighted average swirl angle as objective criterion and comparing the numerical calculated results with experimental data,a reasonable range of the bell-like suction height(or clearance from floor) is put forward.
