| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the ideas and methods of judicial identification of forest trees and undergrowth cash crops, including common wood species, key protected tree species, economic tree species, undergrowth cash crops, etc..With typical cases, this paper further expounds the correct application of weighted average method and replacement cost method in judicial pricing, in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners and institutions. |
