| 摘 要： | 在乡村振兴战略下，作为新时代必备素质要求之一的农民信息素养，直接关系到新农
村建设程度与农民生活水平的提升，本文从农民信息素养意识培养策略、农民信息素养提升渠
道的拓宽策略以及农民信息素养提升的培育方式创新策略三个方面提出新时代农民信息素养
提升的策略，以期对提升新时代农民信息素养、推进“农村大数据”发展建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Under the rural revitalization strategy, the information literacy of farmers, which is one of the
necessary quality requirements in the new era, is directly related to the improvement of the construction
level of new rural areas and the living standards of farmers. This paper expands the training channels of
farmers' information literacy awareness and the improvement of farmers' information literacy. Strategies
and innovative strategies for cultivating farmers' information literacy are proposed in three aspects: the
strategy of upgrading farmers' information literacy in the new era, with a view to providing reference for
improving the information literacy of farmers in the new era and promoting the development of“rural big
data”. |
