微波消解原子吸收光谱法测定梭子蟹中的铅

摘    要:本文使用的消解剂为HNO3-H2O2 体系,样品经浸泡后,放入微波消解仪中进行样品 前处理,用石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法测定梭子蟹中铅,对本方法中的微波消解条件、仪器运行条 件、基体改进剂等一些影响检测结果的因素进行了探讨,摸索出一套快速、简单、准确的方法。 用该方法测定梭子蟹中的铅,回收率为95% -107%,相对标准偏差为4.8%-7.1%。本方法快速、 准确,适用于生物体中铅的测定。

Determination of lead in Eriocheir sinensis by microwave digestion atomic absorption spectrometry

Abstract:The decomposing agent used in this paper is HNO3-H2O2 system, after soaking, the sample is put into microwave decomposing instrument for sample pretreatment, and lead in shuttle crab is de? termined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Some factors affecting the detec? tion results, such as microwave digestion conditions, operating conditions of the instrument and matrix modifier, are discussed, and a set of rapid, simple and accurate methods are found out. The recovery is 95%-107% and the relative standard deviation is 4.8% ≤ 7.1%. The method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of lead in organisms.
