6省区玉米丝黑穗病菌遗传多样性分析

摘    要:采用随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD)对我国6省区玉米丝黑穗病菌的生理分化情况进行了初步研究。通过10个随机引物将来自于吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、山西、河北、内蒙古自治区的102株玉米丝黑穗病菌大致划分为6个类群(相似系数0.42),在更高的相似水平上,类群A和类群B还可以进一步划分为众多的亚群。从聚类分析的结果可以看出,相似性较高的菌株大多来源于相同或相近的地区,说明玉米丝黑穗病菌的亲缘关系存在一定的地域性。

Abstract:One hundred and two strains of S.reilianum from six provinces and regions(Jilin,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia) were divided into six pathogenic groups by ten primers with RAPD anylysis(percent agreement 0.42).Group A and Group B were further divided into more subgroup at high simi-arity level.The results indicated that there was rich significance for strains of S.reilianum,but high similarity strains were from same or near areas,genetic diversity of S.reilianum were relation to the areas.
