| 摘 要： | 为了解广东江门地区各县、市(区)鸭的新城疫(ND)病毒感染情况,为动物防疫工作提供参考数据,于2011年1月至12月,每月从各县、市(区)未免疫鸭群中随机采样,应用血凝抑制试验检测ND抗体水平,共检血清样品2 128份。结果显示,江门市鸭ND抗体阳性率平均为24%(501/2128),其中新会区抗体水平最高,阳性率保持在72%以上;鹤山市、蓬江区、开平市、恩平市全年未检出抗体。不同县、市(区)不同月份ND抗体水平的差异与季节、地理因素有关。

| Abstract: | The infection status of Newcastle disease virus in ducks of all counties and districts of Jiangmen city were investigated so as to provide a reference basis for the epidemiology of the next year. From January to December 2011, random samples fi＇om duck farms were selected in the above-mentioned places where the ducks were not immunized. Hemagglutination inhibition test was applied for the duck Newcastle disease antibody titer detection. 2128 duck serums were detected. The detection results showed that the positive level on serum antibody in ducks on average was 24%. The highest antibody level appeared at Xinhui district where the antibody positive rate was above 72%. The second level appeared at Jianghai district and Taishan county with the antibody level fluctuated mainly in winter and spring season. The lowest appeared at Pengjiang district and Hesharb Kaiping, Enping counties with no antibodies. The monitoring results of Jiangmen city showed that the ND antibody levels of different counties （areas） in different months were highly correlated with the seasons and the geography location. |
