摘    要:对脱氮菌F4、F6、F7的脱氮特性进行研究,并评估其对水产养殖废水的脱氮处理效果。结果表明:三株菌均能利用酒石酸钾钠、乙酸钠、丁二酸钠、枸橼酸钠作为唯一碳源,而三株菌以酒石酸钾钠为碳源时脱氮活性最高;在C/N<12的情况下,三株菌的脱氮活性随着C/N的增加而快速升高;三株菌均嗜好弱碱性环境(pH 8~9);三株菌的脱氮活性在温度25~30℃时最好;在脱氮过程中,培养液pH值一直呈上升趋势。三株菌有较强的脱氮能力,在养殖废水处理中有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The nitrogen elimination effects of strains F4, F6 and F7 were investigated. Furthermore, nitrogen removal ability of three strains bacteria were evaluated in the treatment of actual aquaculture wastewater. The experiment results showed that strains F4, F6 and F7 grew and showed nitrogen removal ability in the medium when seignette salt, sodium acetate, sodium succinate or sodium citrate was provided as the sole carbon source respectively, and seignette salt was the most effective one. As the C/N rate was less than 12, the removal rate of the nitrogen increased rapidly with the increased of the C/N rate in cultural medium. More over, the results showed that the best pH was the weak alkaline(pH 8~9) and the best temperaatre for three strains bacteria was ranged from 25 ~C to 30 ~C. Besides, the pH value rose in the whole nitrogen removal process. Nitrogen removal capability of strains F4, F6 and F7 were relatively strong and they could exhibit broad application prospects in aquaculture wastewater treatment.
