摘    要:摘要:【研究目的】阐明在污染条件下小麦对重金属胁迫的反应,为农田小麦重金属污染的监测和综合治理提供理论依据。【方法】根据等毒性原理设计,对小麦幼苗施以0.25mM 铬、0.8mM 铅单一及其复合污染胁迫。【结果】引起叶绿素含量减少,气孔阻力增大,叶片渗透势下降,根与叶组织质膜透性变大,叶片可溶性蛋白质含量减少,同时,0.25mM铬或0.8mM 铅胁迫造成根系活力下降。【结论】叶绿素含量和组织电导率对复合污染胁迫更敏感,是复合污染胁迫监测的首选指标。

Abstract:The coexisting and independent stress effects were studied of two heavy metals of Cr and Pb on the physiological and biochemical characters of wheat seedlings. The results showed that: stresses of 0.25 mmol/L Cr or 0.8 mmol/L Pb resulted in that wheat chlorophyll content and soluble protein content went down, stomatal resistance up, leaf osmotic potential down, root and leaf solute leakage up.
