摘    要:目的]研究自动电位滴定法测定马蹄中总还原糖含量的新体系。方法]根据菲林氏间接碘量法的原理,应用自动电位滴定法测定,确定了体系的最优条件。结果]方法测定的标准偏差为2.47%,RSD为1.30%,加标回收率为99.2%~102.5%,平均回收率为99.26%。结论]该法操作简便快速、结果准确,为果品糖分含量提供有效的测定方法。
