| 摘 要： | 介绍了＂三会村治＂的运作模式,包括＂三会＂组成人员、＂三会＂职能构成、＂三会＂制约与协调的关系。通过梳理我国的村民自治制度及相关的《宪法》及《村委会组织法》法律条文,考量了＂三会村治＂的法律正当性。并在制度设计的细节方面,对＂三会村治＂新模式进行了完善：严格任职条件,确保＂三会＂组成人员的素质要求;规范选举程序,保障＂三会＂组成人员的公平当选;完善罢免程序,强化＂三会＂组成人员的监督力度。
