| 摘 要： | 目的]对虎耳草中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。方法]用乙醇提取虎耳草中的总黄酮,考察液料比（A）、乙醇浓度（B）、提取时间（C）、提取次数（D）4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响。通过正交试验,确定提取的最佳工艺条件。以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在368 nm波长处测定提取液中总黄酮的含量。结果]芦丁在5×10-3~25×10-3mg/ml具有良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率为101.71%,RSD为1.53%。结论]乙醇提取虎耳草中总黄酮的最佳工艺为A3B1C2D3。
