吡蚜酮在土壤中的吸附行为研究

摘    要:目的]探讨吡蚜酮在土壤中的吸附行为。方法]采用批量平衡试验方法,研究了杀虫剂吡蚜酮在5种不同土壤中的吸附行为,并探讨了土壤理化性质对吡蚜酮在土壤中吸附的影响。结果]吡蚜酮在不同性质的土壤中,吸附量不同。土壤pH是影响该农药在土壤中吸附的主要理化性质,吡蚜酮在5种土壤中的吸附能力大小顺序为河南褐土〉湖南红壤〉云南粘壤〉山东褐土〉湖南河潮土。Freundlich方程能较好地拟合吡蚜酮在土壤中的吸附等温线。吡蚜酮在5种供试土壤中的吸附常数(Kf)在6.2201~69.3760,自由能在14.70~21.12 kJ/mol,表现为物理吸附过程。结论]为评价吡蚜酮对土壤、地下水的危害的可能性提供了参考。
