| 摘 要： | 目的]研究湄潭绿茶挥发油的化学成分。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波和微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取绿茶挥发油,气相色谱-质谱（GC/MS）联用技术分析挥发油的成分含量。结果]3种方法所得绿茶挥发油中共分析鉴定了99种成分,主要成分为叶绿醇（12.75%）、棕榈酸（12.43%）、二十九烷（11.07%）、芳樟醇（10.97%）、α-松油醇（2.65%）、香叶醇（2.50%）和β-大马士酮（2.32%）等,检出的组分中有些尚未见报道。结论]绿茶挥发油的成分、含量与其品种和提取方法有关。

| Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to study chemical constituents of the volatile oils from green tea.Methods]The volatile oils from green tea were extracted by stream distillation,ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction,whose chemical components and content were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass(GC/MS).Results ]99 compounds were identified by three methods,the main constitutes are phytol(12.75%),nvhexadecanoic acid(12.43%),nonacosane(11.07%),linalool(10.97%),α-terpineol(2.65%),geraniol(2.50%) and β-damascenone(2.32%).Some constituents were identified for the first time.Conclusion] The contents and components were related to species and extraction methods. |
