| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨采用数字图像处理法快速计算植物叶片面积的方法。方法]以杨树叶片为试材,先将叶片样本进行灰度化、二值化和开运算等预处理,得到叶片外部的参考框图像,之后将样本图像进行几何校正,去除叶柄求出叶片面积,最终编写MATLAB程序。结果]通过研究叶柄处存在凸出的叶片的去叶柄算法,得到比较精确的纯叶片图像。在对畸变灰度图像二值化过程中采用局部阈值分割和直方图分割相结合的方法,人机交互处理后得到了清晰的边框;在对校正后的灰度图像进行处理的过程中运用了最佳阈值分割方法也能得到满意的叶片图像。由此可见,目的和需要不同所采取的方法有很大差别。结论]采用对精确的数字图像处理方法能快速计算植物叶片面积。
