摘    要:目的]为从细胞分子水平进一步探讨牦牛高原低氧适应性的生物学机制及其高原疾病的诊断提供理论依据。方法]对1日龄、1月龄、6月龄、成年等不同发育期的高原地区牦牛(含1/4野血)血清和5种组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量进行了测定。结果]成年组血清中MDA的含量均显著高于其余3个年龄组(P〈0.05),1月龄组血清MDA的含量虽然高于1日龄和6月龄组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);1月龄牦牛心肌和骨骼肌中MDA含量均增加,差异显著(P〈0.05);1日龄牦牛肝组织中MDA高于其他2个年龄组(P〈0.05),
