| 摘 要： | 阐述软骨藻酸的主要检测技术——小白鼠生物检测法、高效液相色谱（HPLC）检测法、毛细管电泳检测法、酶联免疫吸附法等方法,对国内外前沿研究技术和优化过程进行详细说明,总结各种方法的利弊,并对未来软骨藻酸的毒理研究和检测分析进行展望。
