摘    要:阐述软骨藻酸的主要检测技术——小白鼠生物检测法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测法、毛细管电泳检测法、酶联免疫吸附法等方法,对国内外前沿研究技术和优化过程进行详细说明,总结各种方法的利弊,并对未来软骨藻酸的毒理研究和检测分析进行展望。

Abstract:The main detective technique such as mouse bioassay,high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and so on were analyzed.The new research and optimization process were also mentioned.The studies and methods were summarized.The development of DA research in the future was also discussed.
