| 摘 要： | 对邓小平提出的农业＂两个飞跃＂思想进行了评述,第一个飞跃是从人民公社到家庭联产承包经营,分析了人民公社体制的弊端和家庭联产承包经营制度的创新,指出家庭联产承包经营制度是集体经济的丰富和发展;第二个飞跃是发展适度规模经营和发展集体经济,分析了家庭联产承包经营制度的缺陷,指出实现农业的规模经营是生产发展的必然要求,且我国农业发展实现适度规模经营必然要走集体经济的道路。＂两个飞跃＂思想为我国农业现代化之路指明了方向：巩固我们坚持一切从实际出发、坚持农业基础地位的指导思想,进一步推进农业的发展;要求我们要稳定和不断完善农村基本经营制度,适时推进农村制度的创新;激励我们坚定科学技术是第一生产力的思想,更好更快的发展现代化农业。
