超声波法提取香蕉皮多糖的条件优化及其生物活性

摘    要:目的]优选香蕉皮多糖的提取工艺条件及多糖生物活性研究。方法]运用超声波技术提取香蕉皮多糖,考察料液比、水提时间、水提温度和提取次数等因素对提取工艺的影响,用苯酚-硫酸法测得香蕉皮中多糖含量。利用MTT法检测多糖对人乳癌MCF_7细胞增殖的影响。结果]香蕉皮多糖提取的最佳条件为:超声时间210 s,超声功率320W,料液比1∶50,提取温度为50℃,水提时间1h,提取2次。结论]利用超声波法提取香蕉皮中的多糖,提取效率高,工艺稳定可靠,方法简便可行;香蕉皮多糖对人乳MCF_7细胞有明显的抑制增殖作用。
