| 摘 要： | 目的]研究三桠乌药（Lindera obtusiloba Bl.）树皮及茎枝中所含挥发油成分。方法]水蒸气蒸馏法提取三桠乌药树皮及茎枝部分挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）技术来分析和鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果]首次提取了三桠乌药树皮及茎枝中所挥发油,成功鉴定出51种化合物。结论]三桠乌药树皮及茎枝中所含挥发油主要成分为醇类、萜类和少量氧化物、酯类化合物及其他物质。
