摘    要:以异氰酸酯为胶黏剂,进行了2种原料的中密度纤维板(MDF)生产试验,分析其生产工艺的特点,并根据我国国标及日本相关标准,对板材的性能与甲醛释放量等指标进行检测。结果表明:用异氰酸酯制造的MDF,其各项指标均优于UF胶的MDF,是一种应用前景广阔的环保板材。

Abstract:A plant trail of manufacturing medium density fiberboard(MDF) by using isocyanate resin in the production line was conducted in the Dongying Zhenghe Wood Industry Co.,Ltd.,Shandong,China.Compared with MDF made with commonly-used urea formaldehyde(OF) resin,the MDF panels made with isocyanate resin system demonstrated superior physical and mechanical properties.Furthermore,the average formaldehyde emission from the MDF panels made with the isocyanate resin,tested according to the National Standards GB/T 18580-2001 and Japan Standards JIS A 5905:2003,was 0.1 mg/L which is lower than the average maximum value(0.3 mg/L) required by both Chinese and Japanese standards.The low formaldehyde emission,and improved mechanical and physical properties,would add value to the MDF panels made with isocyanate resin and make them attractive for many applications.
