| 摘 要： | 1 999年以来 ,湖南省永州地区一些鸡场相继发生一种疑似鸡肾型传染性支气管炎 (NIB)的疫病。经实验室检查分离到 2株病毒 (H1 株、W1 株 ) ,根据分离毒鸡胚培养传代后的鸡胚病变、死亡及侏儒胚胎的出现以及生物学特性及幼鸡 2次攻毒试验证明 ,2株分离毒均为NIBV ,结合临床资料综合诊断为NIB。采集具有典型病变的脏器制成组织灭活苗治疗NIB ,结合其他综合措施 ,对永州地区 8群共 2 1 5 0 0只发病鸡进行治疗 ,死亡率在 8%～ 1 5 .8% ,而对照组死亡率均在 32 %以上。

| Abstract: | Two strains of virus isoloated from sicken chicken in Yongzhou,Hunan,were proved as Avian infectious bronchitis virus based on the pathological changes of the infected chick embryo,biology characteristic and twice infection on chicken.The 21500 sicken chicken were treated by the tissus inactivation vaccine,which done by the collected the viscera with typcial pathological changes.The mortality rates of experimental group and control group were respectively 8%～ 15.8% ,≥32%. |
