| Abstract: | Beijing Fatty Chicken is a Chinese native breed of meat type chickens, famous for the meat freshness and tenderness. The Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences has preserved, researched and developed the breed for 30 years, and made great achievements in the scientific research. This provided a base for the future breeding. |
