温度及种源对青钱柳多糖含量的影响

摘    要:探讨了不同温度对3个青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)种源1年生苗木根、茎和叶中多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同温度对青钱柳根部多糖的含量影响极显著(p<0.01),而对茎叶中多糖的含量影响不显著。在不同的温度条件下,青钱柳苗根部多糖平均含量分别为2.39%、2.15%和0.87%。不同种源对青钱柳叶片多糖的含量影响不显著。不同器官青钱柳多糖含量有差异性,以根的含量为最高,茎次之,叶的含量最低。

Abstract:Based on the establishment of measuring method of polysaccharide content in Cyclocarya paliurus,the effect of diffenent temperatures on polysaccharide content in one-year old seedlings of 3 Cyclocarya paliurus provenances was studied in the paper.The results showed that cultivation temperature had a significant influence on the polysaccharide content in the roots of Cyclocarya paliurus seedling,while no significant effects were observed in the stems and leaves.The average contents of polysaccharide content ...
