崇州枇杷茶野生大茶树种质资源调查研究

摘    要:为开展崇州枇杷茶种质资源的收集、保存、评价与利用工作,调查了四川崇州枇杷茶野生大茶树的分布范围,选取其中具有代表性的6种不同类型(依次编号为A类、B类、C类、D类、E类、F类)枇杷茶树作为研究对象,观察了植物学特征、生物学特性。结果表明:崇州枇杷茶野生大茶树主要分布于N30044’01.55″~N30048’19.35″、E104003’32.16″~E103028’22.42″、海拔507~1106 m的自然群落中,种群内变异类型较多,遗传背景复杂,资源丰富。表现出树体高大直立、叶大具稀钝齿、叶片革质、花大、果壳硬厚等典型野生性状,不同类型间植物学特征差异显著。综合树型、叶尖、子房茸毛的有无等演化路径,初步判断不同类型枇杷茶树分属陈亮、虞富莲等分类系统中的秃房茶和普洱茶,已由野生型的C类、D类茶树向栽培型的E类茶树演化,逐渐近似于栽培种,并存在多数过渡类型茶树。

Abstract:In order to carry out collection,conservation,evaluation and utilization of the tea germplasm resources of loquat tea in Chongzhou,its distribution range were investigated,and the botanical features and biological characteristics of A Class,B Class, C Class,D Class,E Class,F Class loquat tea plants which were selected from a representative of wild plants of Chongzhou loquat tea were observed.The results showed that the wild plants of loquat tea in Chongzhou mainly distributed in the natural communities of N30044′01.55″-N30048′19.35″,E104003′32.16″-E103028′22.42″,at the sea level of 507-1106 m,in which tea plants had rich resources and types of complex genetic variation.The tea plants showed typical wild traitstall of upright tree,with large leaves thin blunt teeth, leathery leaves,big flowers,hard and thick shell which had significant difference with botany characteristics.It was preliminarily concluded that Chongzhou loquat tea belonged to Camellia gymnogyna Chang and C.sinensis var.assamica(Masters) Kitamura about classification systems of Chen Liang and Yu Fu-lian by tree,tip,ovary hairy,leaves and some other evolution path. There were a evolution from wild-type C,D class to cultivation model E class and owed a large number of transition.
