摘    要:通过分析等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定紫薯中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg等6种矿质元素的过程,建立相应的数学模型。对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,分别对A类不确定度(由测量的结果统计分布计算的不确定度)或B类不确定度(基于经验或其他信息的概率分布估计的不确定度)进行评定。按照国际通用方法对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到该方法的不确定度评定。结果表明:标准溶液的配制、标准曲线拟合线性方程及重复性测量是不确定度的主要来源。

Abstract:A mathematic model for evaluating the uncertainty of the determination procedure for 6 mineral elements(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg) in purple sweet potato by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)was established.The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters in the model were analyzed.The uncertainties of type A(based on the calculation of the statistical distribution of the determination results)or type B(based on the estimation by experience and the probability distribution of other information)were evaluated.According to the international general method,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended,respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation.The results showed that the preparation of standard solution,the fitted linear regression equation for the calibration curve and the measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainties.
