| Abstract: | The optimum conditions which affected the corn diastase activity have been studied by using orthogonal experiment design in this paper. The results showed that the highest activity happened in the conditions of T=65℃,pH= 5. 0,t= 3min, S]= 20g/L and E]=lg/L. |
