| 摘 要： | 低碳农业作为低碳经济的重要组成部分，其发展日益受到全社会的重视。该文从分析低碳农业发展的前提条件入手，从低碳政策宣传、低碳技术推广、生产资料选择、农业基础设施建设和后续服务长期投入等几个方面，对政策性金融支持进行了探讨，以为低碳农业的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | As an important part of a low-carbon economy,low-carbon agriculture＇s development is increasingly stressed by the whole society. This paper started with the analysis of prerequisite for the development of low-carbon agriculture, and investigated its policy finance support measures from the aspects of low-carbon awareness＇ propaganda,low-carbon technologies＇ promotion,production＇ s choice,agricultural infrastructure＇ construction and long-term investment for follow-up services, to provide reference for the development of low-carbon agriculture. |
