基于GIS的灌区基础信息采集工作方法研究

摘    要:灌区信息化建设,离不开灌区基础数据的支撑。根据灌区信息化工作需要以及GIS技术在空间数据采集、处理方面的独特优势,本文提出利用卫星影像、GIS、GPS等技术手段,准确采集灌区范围内河道、水利工程等水利要素的位置信息,结合现有水系图与相关水利工程的基本信息,利用ArcGIS生成灌区的地理信息数据库。经过探索表明:灌区水利工程基础信息采集是灌区信息化平台的基础,通过借助ArcGIS以及卫星影像,能够大大减轻野外测量任务且测量精度符合要求,对提升灌区管理服务水平和降低运行成本具有重要意义。

Research on basic information collection method of irrigation areabased on GIS
Abstract:The information construction of irrigation area is inseparable from the support of basic data of irrigation area. According to the needs of irrigation area informatization and the unique advantages of GIS technology in spatial data acquisition and processing, this paper proposes to accurately collect the location information of river channels, water conservancy projects and other water conservancy elements within the irrigation area by using satellite images, GIS, GPS and other technical means, combined with the existing water system map and the basic information of relevant water conservancy projects, The geographic information database of irrigation area is generated by ArcGIS. The exploration shows that the basic information collection of irrigation area water conservancy project is the basis of irrigation area information platform. With the help of ArcGIS and satellite images, the field measurement task can be greatly reduced, and the measurement accuracy meets the requirements, which is of great significance to improve the management service level of irrigation area and reduce the operation cost.
