大豆秸秆资源的开发利用现状、存在问题及对策

摘    要:大豆秸秆是农业生产的副产物之一,长期未得到合理利用,大部分被焚烧掉,造成环境污染和资源浪费。大豆秸秆作为一种重要的可再生生物质资源,具有较高的开发利用价值,近年来已经开发了许多利用大豆秸秆的技术,可以应用在较多领域,能够实现较高的经济效益和生态效益。综述大豆秸秆的营养价值、综合利用技术、应用现状、存在问题,提出对策,为提高大豆秸秆资源综合利用率提供参考。

Abstract:Soybean straw is a by-product of agricultural production, which has not been rationally used for a long time and mainly treated by burning, resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste. As an important renewable biomass resource, soybean straw has high development and utilization value. In recent years, many technologies for utilizing soybean straw have been developed, which can be applied in many fields and achieve high economic and ecological benefits. The nutritional value, comprehensive utilization technologies, application status, existing problems and countermeasures of soybean straw are reviewed in this paper, which can provide a reference for improving the comprehensive utilization rate of soybean straw resources.
