| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后感染与手术局部操作因素的关系,为临床预防感染发生提供有意义的借鉴.方法回顾我院自2007-05—2011-05月4年中开展的619例人工髋关节置换术(其中包括全髋和半髋,1人多关节不做统计),其中23例(均为单关节)发生术后感染,对病例感染情况与手术局部操作因素分析对比.结果手术局部操作情况与术后感染有一定相关性.结论人工髋关节置换术后感染的发生是多因素共同作用的结果.但手术局部操作情况的因素不可忽视.严格术前患者体质评估,提高手术操作技巧,对降低感染发生率有实际意义. |

| Abstract: | Objective to explore and analyze the relationship between total hip arthroplasty infection and local surgical factors and provide a meaningful reference for clinical prevention of infection.Methods 619 cases with total hip arthroplasty(including total hip and half but one case with multi-Joints excluded),from May 2007 to May 2011 were reviewed.23 cases(both single-joint)had post-operation infection,and the infection degree for cases and local surgical factors were analyzed and compared.Results There were some correlation between infection degree and local surgical factors.Conclusion Hip arthroplasty infection is the result of many factors working together.However,local surgical faclors can not be ignored.Strict preoperative assessment for patients improving operction skills,can reduce the incidence of infection. |
