仙客来实生黄化叶柄培养的研究

摘    要:对仙客来实生黄化叶柄形成器官的能力及消除内生菌的污染效果进行了研究。结果表明,以实生黄化叶柄为外植体进行培养,不仅完全可以消除内生菌的污染,而且诱芽率( 75.6%)是普通叶柄培养的5.3倍,产生的总芽数是普通叶柄的11.5倍,诱根率(59.3%)也是普通叶柄培养的1.9倍。这种培养方法,必将成为今后无性繁殖仙客来的一条有效途径。

Abstract:Studies have been conducted on the ability of organ formation of etiolated petiole culture of cyclamen seedlings and on the effect of the elimination of contamination from intratissue microbes as well. Results show that using etiolated seedling petioles as explant for culture can completely eliminate the contamination of intratissue micro-bes. And the bud-inducing and root-inducing percentages of etiolated petiole culture (EPC) are 75.6% and 59.3% respectively, which are 5.3 and 1.9 times higher than those of normal petiole culture ( NPC ) . The total bud number of EPC was 11.5 times higher than that of NPC. The author think that this method would provide an effective way for the vegetative propagation of cyclamen in the future.
