摘    要:目的]探讨四霉素诱导抗性的作用及作用机理,为其在生产实践中更好地应用提供依据。方法]以稻瘟病为防治对象,研究四霉素对水稻叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果]喷施四霉素后,水稻叶片PAL、POD、PPO活性明显升高,其中喷药24h后接种处理的酶活升高最明显,各处理间SOD酶活无明显差异。结论]四霉素不仅具有较强的抑菌作用,还可能通过诱导水稻防御酶系活性升高而增强抗病性以防止病菌侵染。

Studies on the Rice Resistance to Rice Blast Induced by Tetramycin

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to discuss the tetramycin-induced resistance and its mechanism and provide basis for its better application in the production.Method]Taking rice blast as the control object,the impacts of tetramycin on PAL,POD,PPO and SOD in rice leaves were studied.Result]PAL,POD and PPO activities in rice leaves was significantly increased after spraying tetramycin,and the enzyme activity in the treatment of inoculation after spraying tetramycin increased most obviously.SOD activity had no significant difference among different treatments.Conclusion]Tetramycin not only has strong antimicrobial effect,but it also might enhance disease resistance in order to prevent pathogens infection through inducing rice defense enzyme activity to increase.
