摘    要:目的:观察黄连解毒散和白头翁散超微粉的体外抑菌效果。方法:采用超微粉碎和普通粉碎方法将黄连解毒散、白头翁散粉碎成超微粉(300目)和细粉(65目),用其水提取液和醇提取液采用管碟法进行体外抑菌试验。结果:黄连解毒散、白头翁散超微粉比细粉的抑菌圈直径均显著增大(P〈0.05)。说明超微粉碎可明显提高黄连解毒散和白头翁散的体外抑菌效果。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the antimicrobial effect in vitro of Huanglianjiedusan(HLJDS) superfine powder and Baitouweng(BTW) superfine powder.Methods: The two Chinese medical recipes were grinded to superfine-powder(300 screen mesh) and common-powder(65 screen mesh) by ultramicro-pulverization and grinding method.Then cup-plate method was used respectively to determine the antimicrobial activity of ethanol and water extracts of the Chinese medical preparations.Results: The results showed that the bacteriostatic diameter of superfine-powder was larger than common-powder for both preparations(P0.05).It indicated that ultramicro-pulverization method could significantly increase the antibacterial activity of HLJDS powder and BTW powder compared with the grinding method.
