| 摘 要： | 将100只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为5组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及不同浓度的淫羊藿多糖（EPS）,连续注射7 d。于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血,用β-微量法检测AI-HI抗体效价。试验结果表明,淫羊藿多糖可显著提高雏鸡AI-HI抗体效价（P〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | 100 chickens were randomly divided into five groups with 20 birds in each group.Then,different concentration of Herba Epimedii polysaccharides（EPS） was subcutaneously injected to the chickens for seven days continuously.Blood sample was collected on the 7th,14th,21st,28th,35th,42nd,49th and 56th to evaluate AI-HI antibody titers of serum by β-micro method.The results indicated that EPS could significantly increase AI-HI antibody titers of the chicks（P0.05）. |
