摘    要:棉花植株中的黄酮类化合物是重要的抗病虫害物质。本研究用高效液相色谱技术检测了棉花组织中的黄酮类化合物 ,结果表明 ,陆地棉中以异槲皮苷和芸香苷为主。棉花顶端嫩叶黄酮总量的变化 ,一般从 3叶期到 7叶期有一下降 ,然后迅速增长 ,铃期达到高峰 ,以后又有所下降 ;棉花铃期不同组织中以花瓣中黄酮含量最高 (约9% ) ,花萼及铃中最低 (<0.5%)。

Abstract:Flavonoids were important chemicals of resistance to pests in cotton plants. The contents of flavonoid chemicals in cotton tissue were tested by HPLC. The results proved that the substances were mainly isoquercitrin and rutin in up land cotton, and unknown flavonoids in Asian cotton. The total contents of flavonoids in the terminal leaf generally decreased in period of 3rd leaf stage to 7th leaf stage, and then they increased quickly, and went up to the peak in boll stage. Since then, the contents some what reduced again. The flavonoid contents were the highest in the petal (about 9%), and the lowest in calyx and boll of cotton plants (<0.5%).
