摘    要:利用电泳技术对稻作异养期幼苗在水分胁迫下的茎叶、根进行酯酶等同工酶的分析,以探讨稻作抗旱性和生化基础。研究结果表明:(1)水分胁迫后,水旱稻一些品种茎叶的SOD(超氧化岐化酶)和过氧化物酶的若干同工酶酶带活性增强,但在根系中酶带活性均出现不同程度的减弱。(2)水分胁迫后,水旱稻茎叶中的酯酶同工酶出现一条新的酶带A3。(3)水分胁迫后,早稻根系的酯酶同工酶A1酶带活性减弱程度明显轻于水稻。水旱稻杂种

Abstract:Esterase isozyme, SOD isozyme and peroxidase isozyme of paddy and upland rice under solution culture and water stress were analyzed by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results revealed different isozymatic activities of both paddy and upland riceunder the solution culture and water stress. Some varieties of both paddy and upland ricedisplayed higher activity of SOD isozyme and peroxidase isozyme in the leaves but lower inthe roots. A new band A3 in the esterase isozyme was observed in the leaves of paddyand upland rice under water stress. The upland rice produced a noticeably higher activityof esterase isozyme A, in the root under water stress as compared to the paddy rice although the activity of both upland and paddy rice was reduced. The hybrid lines of F7generation between paddy and upland rice were also found to have a reduced activity ofthe esterase A1 in various degrees. This was agreeable with the result from the Physiological tests for drought resistance of hybrid lines in that hybrid lines with a higher droughtresistance had a much higher A1 activity when compared to those with a lower drought resistance. A hybrid esterase band A2 was found in the roots of the hybrid lines, and theactivity of the A2 was reduced under water stress, but similar to that of A1.
