| 摘 要： | 平贝母为一味传统中药,但其产量却受繁殖系数低等因素限制。因而为筛选出平贝母鳞茎再生的最佳离体培养体系,本文分别研究了外植体种类,激素的不同浓度和组合以及光照对愈伤组织诱导的影响和不定芽再生的影响。

| Abstract: | Fritillaria ussuriensis is traditional Chinese medicine,but its production has limitations of low propagation coefficient.To filter out the best regeneration system of Fritillaria bulbs in vitro culture.This paper studies the kinds of explants,hormones has different concentrations and combinations,and light have effect on callus induction and bud regeneration. |
