| 摘 要： | 南瓜为一年生葫芦科南瓜属植物,是一种古老而又普通的蔬菜种类,在世界范围内广泛栽培.主要栽培种有3个:南瓜(Cucurbita moschata Duch),又叫中国南瓜;笋瓜(Cucurbita maxima Duch),又叫印度南瓜;西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo L.),又叫美洲南瓜.
