| 摘 要： | 用20种常用抗菌药物对自青海西宁地区市售酸奶中分离出的4株乳杆菌和自青海省部分牧区牦牛酸奶中分离出的3株乳杆菌,进行了药敏试验.结果表明:西宁市售酸奶中分离出的乳酸菌已经对四环素、多粘菌素B、阿米卡星、复方新诺明、红霉素、庆大霉素、链霉素、氯霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、乙酰螺旋霉素等11种被检抗菌药物产生了抗药性;而从青海省部分牧区牦牛酸奶中分离出的乳杆菌只对四环素、多粘菌素B和阿米卡星低度敏感,对其他抗菌药物中度敏感或高度敏感.

| Abstract: | The 20 kinds of common antibiotic drugs were used to conduct a drug-sensitivity test for 4 strains of lactobacillus which were isolated from yoghourt that were collected in the part markets of Xining of Qinghai province and 3 strains of lactobacillus which were isolated from yoghourt that were collected in the part pasture of Qinghai. Province The results showed that lactobacillus from yoghourt that were collected in the part markets of Xining of Qinghai presented the resestance to 11 kinds of antibiotic druge examined including tetracycline, polymyxin B, amikacin, sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, erythromycin, gentamicin, Streptomycin, chloramphenicol, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and acetylspiramycin, and lactobacillus from yoghourt that were collected in the part pasture of Qinghai province presented lower sensitivity to tetracycline, polymyxin B and amikacin, and middle or highly sensitivity to other antibiotic drugs of them. |
