摘    要:在不同水分条件下研究了12份野牛草材料的蒸散量与抗旱性,结果表明:水分充足条件下各材料间除T09蒸散量较高外,其他材料差异不显著(P0.05);水分胁迫的前18d,材料间有显著或极显著差异(P0.05或P0.01),并且随着胁迫时间延长各材料蒸散量、土壤含水量、叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势,游离脯氨酸、丙二醛和相对电导率则为增加趋势;蒸散量与各抗旱指标间均显著或极显著相关;通过聚类分析,将12份野牛草划分为3个抗旱级别,即较强抗旱材料T01,中度抗旱材料T02、T03、T04、T05、T06、T07、T10和T11,较弱抗旱材料T08、T09和T12。

Abstract:The evapotranspiration of 12 buffalograss accessions in different water condition and their drought resistance were studied.The results showed that under sufficient irrigation,they had not significant difference among accessions(P>0.05) except T09,and before 18 days of the water stress,they had significant difference among accessions(P<0.05 or 0.01).As the stress of drought was intensified,the evapotranspiration,soil water content,relative water content in leaves decreased;oppositely,content of POD,MDA and ...
