秋冬季茶树养分的积累与分配的研究

摘    要:用同位素~(14)C 示踪法研究了秋冬季茶树同化产物的积累与分配。结果表明,茶树在秋冬季仍有较大的光合作用能力,其同化产物以向基运贮为主,秋标记~(14)C-同化产物至初春,留存在根、茎部占其总量的83.4%,冬标记占75.5%,茶树光合产物的积累秋标高于冬标,秋标至初春树体内的~(14)C-同化产物保留有54.5%,冬标只保留了38.8%,因此,加强秋冬季茶园管理,增加树体养分积累,是保证来年茶叶高产优质的重要技术措施之一。


Studies on the Accumulation and Distribution of the Nutrition of Tea Plant in the Autumn-winter Period
Abstract:The accumulation and distribution of assimilates of tea plant in the autumn-winterperiod were investigated with the C~(14)-labelled radiochemical method by the author.Results indicated that tea bushes still performed a relatively high photosynthetic activityin the autumn-winter period,however,the assimilates were transported downwardmainly.The amounts of C~(14)-assimilates(autumn labelling)remained in the root andstem in the beginning of spring were 83.4% of the total amounts,but that of thewinter labelling treatment were 75.5 %.The accumulation of the assimilates of tea bushin the autumn labelling treatment was higher than that of the winter labelling.In thebeginning of the spring,the amounts of C~(14)-assimilates(autumn labelling)in the teabush remained about 54.5%;it was remained 38.8% only in the winter labellingtreatment.The author regarded that strengthen the management of tea garden in theautumn-winter period and increase the accumulation of the nutrition in the bush wereone of the most important measures for the purpose of obtaining high-yield andbestquality in the next year.
