| 摘 要： | 长吉图开发开放先导区建设,使吉林省对物流人才的需求产生与以往不同的特点。本文分析了吉林省物流人才的需求特点,提出了根据吉林省物流人才需求的特点定位人才培养方向,并在此基础上提出了物流管理专业教学改革的措施。

| Abstract: | The construction of Chang-Ji-Tu development and opening up pilot area make the demands of logistics talents in Jilin Province produce different characteristics.In this paper,analyzes the demand characters,provides the talents training objects on the basis of this characters,and provides the measures of teaching reform of logistics management specialty. |
