| 摘 要： | 员工只有学会合作,成员之间才能够理念统一、凝心聚力,形成强烈的团队归属感与一体感;才能相互依存、相互协作,发挥团队最大力量;才能对团队事物尽心尽力,以积极的心态,全方位的投入,提高效率,降低成本,给企业带来最大的利益;才能形成自己独特的企业文化。为了让高职院校学生更好的了解职场合作,我们必须在就业工作中让学生了解职场合作中会遇到的困难,提高职场合作意识,学会职场合作的有效方法。
