Pb~(2+),Cd~(2+)胁迫对棉花保护酶及丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:分别用离子浓度为0 mol/L(ck),6 mol/L,10 mol/L,20 mol/L,30 mol/L,50 mol/L,100mol/L的Pb2+,Cd2+溶液处理经过珍珠岩栽培后又在1/2 Hoagland培养液进行培养的棉花幼苗,14 d后对其叶片的保护酶SOD,POD和CAT的活性以及MDA的含量进行测定。结果显示:低浓度Pb2+,Cd2+胁迫下,SOD,POD,CAT活性及MDA含量均高于对照。当Cd2+浓度达到30 mol/L时,SOD,POD及CAT活性最高,随着Cd2+浓度继续升高,SOD,POD及CAT活性随之降低。当Pb2+浓度达到50 mol/L时,SOD,POD及CAT活性最高,随着Pb2+浓度继续升高,SOD,POD及CAT活性随之降低。MDA含量随着Pb2+,Cd2+浓度逐渐升高呈升高的趋势。棉花幼苗对Pb2+胁迫的耐受力大于对Cd2+胁迫的耐受力。

Abstract:The SOD,POD and CAT activity and MDA contents of cotton leaves were analyzed after treated with different concentrations of Pb2 and Cd2 solution(0 mol/L(ck),6 mol/L,10 mol/L,20 mol/L,30 mol/L,50 mol/L,100 mol/L). The results showed that the Pb2 and Cd2 stress at lower concentration conditin could raise the activities of SOD,POD and CAT and the contents of MDA .The SOD,POD and CAT activities in the 30 mol/L of Cd2 treatment reached to the highest,but declined as continually increasing the Cd2 concentration.For Pb2 ,the highest activities of SOD,POD and CAT came from the 50 mol /L treatment.MDA contents were increasing as the increase of Pb2 and Cd2 concentrations.The tolerance of cotton seedlings to Pb2 was bigger than to Cd2 .
