超声波辅助提取悬铃木叶片多糖的技术研究

摘    要:采用超声波技术提取悬铃木叶片中的多糖,观察浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比对多糖得率的影响,并通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,影响多糖得率的因素依次为料液比、提取温度、提取时间;最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶15、提取时间30min、提取温度70℃。

Abstract:The polysaccharides in Platanus orientalis leaves were extracted with ultrasonic technology,the effects of extraction temperature,extraction time and material-to-liquid ratio on the yield rate of polysaccharides were studied and the extraction technology was optimized through orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the influence factors on yield rate of polysaccharides were material-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time in sequence.The optimum extraction technology was material-to...
