摘    要:为观察慢性铅暴露条件下小鼠血常规的影响,将20只KM雄性小鼠分为空白组(Z),铅低剂量组(PbL),铅中剂量组(PbM)和铅高剂量组(PbH),分别饮用自来水、100 ppm乙酸铅水、300 ppm乙酸铅水和500 ppm乙酸铅水7周后,处死小鼠进行血常规检测。结果表明,与正常组比,铅暴露组白细胞计数(WBC)、嗜中性粒细胞(NEU)、单核细胞(MONO)降低,淋巴细胞(LYM)升高,但各组间比较不具显著性差异;铅暴露组血小板计数(PLT)、血细胞比容(PCT)降低;铅低剂量组红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)降低,而高剂量组RBC、HCT、HGB升高,各组间不具显著性差异。说明本研究的铅暴露浓度对血常规影响有限,未发现对血液指标造成显著影响。

The effect of lead on blood parameters in mice from water
Abstract:To observe the effects of chronic lead exposure on blood parameters of mice,twenty KM male mice were divided into blank group ( Z ), low-dose lead group ( PbL ), middle-dose lead group ( PbM ) and high-dose lead group ( PbH ). Except the blank group, the mice in the latter three groups drank lead-containing water( the concentration was 100 ppm, 300 ppm,500 ppm respectively ). Seven weeks later, the mice were killed to obtain blood samples for routine blood test. Results showed that compared with the normal group, the white blood cell count ( WBC ), neutrophils ( NEU ), monocytes ( MONO ) decreased and lymphocytes ( LYM ) increased in lead exposure group, but there was no significant difference among the groups. Platelet count ( PLT ) and hematocrit ( PCT ) decreased in lead exposure group. Red blood cell count ( RBC ), red blood cell volume ( HCT ) and hemoglobin ( HGB ) decreased in the low-dose lead group, but increased in the high-dose lead group, with no significant difference among the groups. Chronic lead exposure concentration has limited influence on blood routine, and no significant influence on blood indexes was found.
