秦巴山区黑木耳遗传多样性初探

摘    要:主要用ITS方法对秦巴山区12个主栽黑木耳菌株和1个野生黑木耳菌株进行遗传多样性分析鉴定。结果表明:自分离的zbxin菌丝粗壮、浓密、絮状,菌丝生长速度较快,吃料能力强。C916、S16、zbxin的亲缘关系较远,三者的菌丝形态也是差异较大。将黑木耳菌丝形态学特征和拮抗性结果结合综合分析黑木耳菌株亲缘关系具有可参考性,结果分歧不大。综合来看秦巴山区黑木耳菌株亲缘关系较近,遗传多样性不丰富。

Abstract:ITS method was used to analyze and identify the genetic diversity of 12 main black fungus strains and one wild black fungus strain in the Qinba Mountains. The results showed that the self isolated zbxin hyphae were thick, dense and flocculent, the hyphae grew faster, and the ability to eat food was strong. C916, S16, and zbxin had relatively distant relation, and the mycelial morphology of the three was also quite different. The morphological characteristics of black fungus hyphae was combinedly used with the results of antagonism to comprehensively analyze the genetic relationship of black fungus strains, and the results were not very different. In conclusion,the genetic relationship of black fungus in Qinba Mountains is relatively close, and the genetic diversity is not rich. ;
