| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同批次的鸡源及胚源毒种致病性，为有效控制禽脑髓炎（AE）的发生提供参考。方法]将AEV Van Roekel（VR）株毒种用雏鸡及鸡胚进行繁殖与传代，制备了不同批次的鸡源及胚源毒种，将这些毒种以不同接毒剂量经脑内接种8～10周龄的SPF鸡，进行致病性试验。结果]不同批次的鸡源毒种致病性均很强，接种后可引起SPF鸡出现严重的禽脑脊髓炎症，不同批次的胚源毒种致病性存在明显差异，有强有弱。结论]P080603和170807012个批次胚源毒种可以用作AE攻毒效检毒种。
